Message us from the Perfect Play app (RECOMMENDED)
1. Open up Settings by tapping on the cog in the top right-hand corner of your Profile screen.
2. Select Support.
3. Tap on the pencil icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
4. Tap on the pencil icon again from the My Tickets screen.
5. Write your message to Customer Support and then tap Send.
Submit a ticket on our website
1. Go to www.perfectplay.com
2. Click on the help button on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Type keywords in the text field to search for a helpful article.
4. If the articles don't answer your question, click on the Contact Us button.
5. Fill out the details in the form and submit your ticket to Customer Support.
