Our team work round the clock to improve the performance of our app and aim to prevent crashes from happening. If you do experience the app crashing, we understand this is a huge inconvenience and we are sorry.
There can be a number of reasons why an app may crash - have a read through our troubleshooting tips below and get in touch if you're still having problems. We'll sort you out.
Here's a few things to check first
- Is your cache full? It sometimes helps to clear this and trying again.
- Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? Sometimes this can help - don't worry, you would be able to log back in and your information will be saved.
- Do you have a stable internet connection?
- Do you have the latest version of the app installed?
Reporting to Customer Support
Please send an email to email@example.com with the following information (the more detail, the better):
- What phone make/model do you have?
- What version of OS are you on?
- What region are you in and what is the language setting on your phone?
- Does the crash occur every time you perform a specific action and/or on the same screen?
- What time and date did the crash occur?
- Please send screenshots of the screen where the crash occurs (or just before it occurs if you can't make it to the crashing screen)
